Auden Palmer

Auden (they/them) joined One City's Senior Leadership Team in 2023, bringing both professional and lived experience to their work. A Peterborough/Nogojiwanong community member for more than 20 years, their work has spanned sexual violence prevention and response, community engagement, eviction prevention, outreach, shelter services, and program development. As a queer person with lived experience of homelessness and housing precarity, Auden cares deeply about building spaces where people feel seen, valued, and a genuine sense of belonging. They are most energized by bringing people together to imagine new ways of responding to complex challenges, and tending the small everyday acts of care that help communities grow.
