A Continuum of Care
At One City, our programs are designed to work together. People may enter at any point, and often connect with other resources along the way. Because our services are connected, people can move between them in ways that fit their own path. Our work also extends beyond One City, as we collaborate closely with community partners across Peterborough. Together, we aim to weave a network of support that helps people access the care they need to achieve safety and wellbeing.
This page outlines how people get connected, and what services are available. Hover over each element for more information.

External Service Connections
Collaboration is key - One City's programs are interconnected with many other community agencies and resources. Our staff and volunteers work closely with partner organizations to refer participants to external services, in order to facilitate connections to the services people want and need. At the same time, we receive referrals from other agencies looking to connect individuals to the services we offer.
Through our outreach, community hub and housing partnerships, we link people to important external programs and supports, including:
-
Primary health care and mental health supports
-
Harm reduction and addictions services
-
Housing opportunities and tenancy supports
-
Employment and income assistance
-
Legal and justice system supports
-
Cultural and spiritual supports
-
Education and skills development
