Trinity Community Hub
Trinity Hub is a low-barrier community space in downtown Peterborough where people can access shelter, meals, basic needs support, and integrated pathways to health, housing, and community-based services.
We believe that everyone deserves access to support, especially during times of isolation, crisis, instability, or transition. The Hub aims to create a welcoming and responsive environment where immediate needs can be met while supporting longer-term stability, wellness, and belonging.

What is the Hub?
The Hub is an integrated service space where people can access practical support, build relationships, and connect with programs that meet them where they are. The Hub operates from a responsive low-barrier and harm reduction approach that recognizes the overlapping health, housing, social, and systemic barriers often experienced by people facing homelessness and instability.
We work to:
-
Reduce barriers to accessing support
-
Provide safer alternatives to unsheltered homelessness
-
Support physical, emotional, and community wellbeing
-
Strengthen connection to healthcare, housing, and social supports
-
Reduce preventable harm and crisis escalation
-
Foster belonging, dignity, and relationship-building
-
Support movement toward greater stability and self-defined goals
The Hub is staffed 24/7 and works closely with community partners, healthcare providers, and emergency response systems to support safety, wellbeing, and coordinated care.
