About the Event
Wouldn't it be great to have access to interesting, beautiful, meaningful banners, flags, and resources that would make your event or rally even more impactful? Does it inspire you to work together with like-minded people on creative projects? Are you itching to share your textile-art skills or your passion for a particular cause or issue?
The idea behind this workshop is that activists and crafters come together to dream up and create a collection of resources that aid our community efforts while bringing us together to collaborate creatively. Whether you are a skilled sewer or printmaker, or a complete novice, you are welcome to come and experiment. If you are active in the community, advocating and working toward important change, we welcome your passion and interest. If you aren't quite sure what cause or issue it is that you want to put your efforts toward, we want you to come…
